Immanauel Evangelical Lutheran School offers quality Christian education to the DePere community and the surrounding areas.
Our name is ancient Hebrew for "God with us." Just as he promised, God himself came to rescue us. As the gospels report, Jesus of Nazareth was born to live among us in order to carry out God's plan of rescue for the world. Jesus is God's own Son, his appointed Savior for the world, the Christ (or Messiah in Hebrew). He is our God and Lord.
Bring them up in the training and instruction of the Lord. (Ephesians 6:4)
The Christian Day School is the only kind of full-time school which assists parents in meeting their God-given obligation to teach children the Word of God. Our purpose at Immanuel Lutheran School is to provide Christian education in partnership with our parents.
We exist to educate children about our Lord who came to live with us and who promises to always be with us. Immanuel understands that there is nothing greater you can pass on to your children than the life Christ has won for the world.

Christ's love is our motivation. This is the ultimate motivation behind all our students as they prepare for life. At Immanuel, students grow not only in mind, but in faith, hope, and love. This prepares each child for a life of thanksgiving to God by serving him with all the gifts he has given.
